Introducing our carbon fiber intake manifold cover for the S62. Made from 100% pre-impregnated carbon fibers, this cover is a direct replacement for the plastic version and unleashes the sound of the BMW S62 V8 engine. While it doesn't affect performance, the induction sound elevates the driving experience of the M5/Z8 to a whole new level. At low RPMs, there's a deep, resonant tone that increases as you accelerate. At higher RPMs, the cover gives the E39 M5 a sound almost akin to the CSL, and it's a truly exhilarating experience. We've gone through several iterations, using different carbon thicknesses to fine-tune the sound, and the resulting inlet generates a significant increase in volume with a more melodious induction noise.
This inlet can be used with the factory airbox or any aftermarket intake system available on the market.
The Eventuri S62 intake manifold cover is made from 100% pre-impregnated carbon fiber and features a range of design features that contribute to its form and function:
Each set includes:
- Variable thickness carbon fiber cover construction
- Additional carbon fiber sealing frame
- CNC machined reinforcements and spacers
Type of warranty: manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty period: 24 months.
The manufacturer's warranty means that in the event of a defect or malfunction, the product will be repaired or replaced by an authorized service center. In most cases, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our store via the warranty claim form. The product must be sent back to us at your own expense. If the claim is approved, we will refund the shipping costs upon presentation of proof of payment.
