Our high-performance intercooler was specially developed for the demanding 2.9 liter V6 biturbo engine (VW EA839) of the Audi RS4/RS5 models. It replaces the standard water-cooled intercooler and offers you a multitude of advantages.
With our new performance intercooler core, measuring 222mm x 200mm x 120mm, we have increased the outer core volume by an impressive 185%. Due to the optimal ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface, we ensure maximum heat transfer and optimal internal air flow. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and perfected with the help of CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Our high-performance intercooler is therefore also ideal for racing and ensures optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.
For a lasting and reliable cooling effect, all our Wagner Tuning intercoolers are equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating. The installation of the system is uncomplicated thanks to our detailed installation instructions and takes place in the plug & play process.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our store via the warranty claim form. The product must be sent back to us at your own expense. If the claim is approved, we will refund the shipping costs upon presentation of proof of payment.
