Our Competition Intercooler EVO2 sets the standard with net dimensions of 520x210x150 (13,572 cc). This means an impressive 85% larger flow area and an incredible 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Feel the power and acceleration your BMW deserves.
Our high performance intercooler core is a high quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. The end boxes are made of high quality cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been expanded to 70 mm. The kit also includes 2 reinforced silicone hoses. Our EVO2 intercooler offers outstanding cooling properties while minimizing back pressure. This is crucial for optimum performance. All of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties that ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. The kit is completely ready to install and replacing the factory intercooler is easy. It has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure stable. Like all of our products, the Competition Intercooler EVO2 is subject to constant qualitative monitoring to ensure the highest standards.
