The intercooler core dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped 23.56L) guarantee an impressive 165% larger flow area and a whopping 223% more charge air volume compared to the stock cooler.
First class technology for maximum performance! The Competition high-performance intercooler core relies on high-quality Tube Fin technology with internal turbulators. Despite its considerable size, the intercooler is lightweight and weighs only 13.8kg. The cooler's cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized through CFD flow analysis to ensure outstanding cooling characteristics with minimal back pressure.
Components for extreme performance! The EVO3 kit was specifically designed to meet the requirements of the large tuning levels on the BMW M135i and M235i. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters have been increased to 65mm at the inlet and 76mm at the outlet. The kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air pipe in 76mm. The result: Optimal cooling of the charged air and a marked increase in performance!
High quality construction for durability! Our charge air coolers are provided with an anti-corrosion coating, which at the same time has excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees a lasting and optimal cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install and includes a modified crossmember. A simple exchange against series parts is possible, although minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary due to the extreme size.
