Intercooler EVO1 (part number 200001029) is a high-performance cooling unit designed for BMW 3 Series diesel engine drivers seeking improved performance without compromise. The perfect choice for 325d, 330d, and 335d.
Increased cooling surface and air volume
With core dimensions of 520 mm x 200 mm x 150 mm (stepped design, volume 13.0 liters), the EVO1 intercooler offers:
- +50% more airflow surface area
- +70% more charge air volume
Compared to the factory intercooler, this translates into significantly improved efficiency and reduced backpressure.
Robust yet lightweight design
The intercooler weighs just 9.2 kg. It features Freeform cast aluminum end tanks, CAD-designed to optimize internal airflow and deliver top-tier cooling even under increased boost pressure.
Corrosion-resistant and thermally conductive coating
The surface of the intercooler is finished with a special anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties, ensuring reliable and efficient operation even under demanding conditions.
Easy installation with original boost hoses retained
The EVO1 intercooler is a direct replacement for the OEM unit. You can keep the original charge air hoses, which simplifies installation and reduces cost.
