With core dimensions of 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm (volume 13.6 liters, stepped design), the intercooler offers:

Compared to the OEM intercooler, this results in improved cooling and greater performance stability, even under heavy tuning.
Lightweight and Efficient Construction
Despite its larger size, the intercooler weighs only 7.4 kg. It uses high-quality tube-fin cores with internal turbulators and CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks, ensuring excellent airflow and high-pressure resistance.
Durability, Thermal Conductivity, and Low Backpressure
A special anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties enhances cooling performance and system longevity. The intercooler delivers maximum efficiency with minimal backpressure.
Upgraded Connections and Enhanced Flow
The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to 70 mm, eliminating OEM clip connections. The kit includes 3 reinforced silicone hoses to ensure optimal sealing and airflow.

This kit is fully ready for installation as a direct OEM replacement. * Due to its larger size, minor radiator support modifications are required (see installation manual). The intercooler is pressure tested up to 6 bar and delivers stable performance.
