The modern intercooler core measures 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm (volume 20.65 liters) and offers:
- +133% larger airflow surface area
- +183% greater charge air volume
All compared to the stock intercooler.
Lightweight yet durable construction
Despite its size, the entire intercooler weighs only 13.2 kg. Thanks to high-quality tube-fin technology with internal turbulators and CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks, performance and durability are greatly enhanced.

Enlarged connections – improved airflow
The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to 70 mm. Stock clip connections were removed, improving airflow and pressure stability. Intercooler tested at up to 6 bar pressure.
Anti-corrosion, heat-conductive coating
All intercoolers feature a special coating that not only protects against corrosion but also supports thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting efficiency and reliability.

The kit fits the following vehicles:
- BMW 335d E90/E91/E92/E93 (2005–2013)
* Only fits vehicles without ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control)
* Minor modification of the radiator support is required – see installation manual for details

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our store via the warranty claim form. The product must be sent back to us at your own expense. If the claim is approved, we will refund the shipping costs upon presentation of proof of payment.
