Our Competition intercooler sets new standards in performance. With intercooler core dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm and an impressive volume of 17.45 liters, this cooler takes your vehicle to a whole new level.
With a 10% larger flow area and 50% larger charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler, our Competition cooler provides a significant increase in performance. The innovative Competition high-performance core ensures optimal airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. Despite its impressive size, it remains surprisingly light (compared to S3 OEM 8 kg / Wagner Tuning 9.2 kg).
CAD designed freeform cast aluminum end boxes maximize internal airflow and provide outstanding performance characteristics.
The cooler's inlets and outlets have been enlarged to a diameter of 67 mm. This kit includes matching silicone hoses that are perfectly matched.
The intercooler not only provides a performance boost, but also reduces back pressure compared to the stock cooler. An anti-corrosion coating with outstanding heat conduction properties ensures optimum cooling and thus a significant increase in performance.
The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is uncomplicated. Our products are subject to permanent qualitative monitoring.

The manufacturer's warranty means that in the event of a defect or malfunction, the product will be repaired or replaced by an authorized service center. In most cases, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our store via the warranty claim form. The product must be sent back to us at your own expense. If the claim is approved, we will refund the shipping costs upon presentation of proof of payment.
