Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

The fresh, compressed air supplied by the turbocharger to the engine is throttled by the factory silencer, largely limiting the outlet from the suction shell of the compressor.
Less air behind the turbocharger also means less compressed factor in the intake manifold, and thus less engine performance.
Replacing a small element of the turbocharger for this part, we will obtain a much more stable outlet of fresh air, which means simultaneously greater efficiency of the turbocharger.
This is the basic modification of the VAG group 1.8 and 2.0 TSI engines with noticeable effects.
