The Eventuri intake system for the F40 M135i, F44 M235i has been developed based on extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation analysis. It utilizes our patented Venturi housing system with an integrated mass airflow sensor section for the smoothest airflow to the turbocharger intake pipe. The housing surrounds our unique second-generation dry filter, which helps shape the airflow while maintaining laminar conditions. The housing seals to the front duct, which has been maximally increased in volume to minimize potential airflow restrictions. The duct ensures that only atmospheric air is supplied to the filter, providing stable intake air temperatures (IAT) under most driving conditions. The system enables better throttle response and allows the turbocharger to operate with a lower throttle duty cycle.

The Eventuri intake system for the F40 M135i consists of several components designed to fulfill a specific task and crafted with the utmost precision.
Each intake system consists of:
- Venturi housing made of carbon fiber with integrated MAF tube
- Custom high-flow second-generation filter
- Covered carbon fiber duct
- Aluminum inlet covers
- 2 x Laser-cut stainless steel brackets
Eventuri Filter Housing
The filter housing consists of our custom second-generation filter, aluminum inlet cover, stainless steel bracket, and integrated MAF section. The carbon fiber capsule surrounds the reverse-mounted filter and smoothly shapes the airflow down to the MAF section, which then connects to the original intake pipe. This changes the airflow path compared to the factory airbox, where the air enters from the front of the airbox, turns 90 degrees to pass through the flat filter, and then turns 90 degrees again to pass through the MAF section. Our system is much more direct, with the airflow entering from the front of the filter housing and moving to the MAF section without sudden changes in direction. The result is a smoother path from the filter to the turbocharger intake pipe, allowing the turbocharger to operate with less resistance.
Patented Technology
Our patented filter housing has a smooth reduction in cross-sectional area as it covers the filter and tapers into the tube. This geometry induces the Venturi effect, where the airflow accelerates while maintaining laminar conditions. This can be compared to a large velocity cone - below is a diagram comparing our patented design with a regular intake system. Our custom filters aid airflow through the housings and allow for uniform speed profiling as the airflow exits the housings.
Carbon Fiber Air Inlet
We redesigned the air inlet channel to maximize its internal volume. Now, with hidden mounting points, the channel utilizes all available space above the engine bay. To protect the intake system from engine bay heat, the channel is equipped with a flexible rubber edge around the filter housing opening, providing a well-sealed flow to the filter and allowing movement with the engine.
